Domino’s Crust Types & Prices 2026
Every Domino’s crust explained: Hand Tossed, Handmade Pan, New York Style, Crunchy Thin, Parmesan Stuffed Crust, Gluten Free and the Detroit-style Domino™. You’ll see the sizes, prices and crust calories for each.

Domino’s has six pizza crusts: Hand Tossed, Handmade Pan, New York Style, Crunchy Thin, Parmesan Stuffed Crust and Gluten Free. The new Domino™ personal pizza adds a seventh, a Detroit-style crust. The crust doesn’t change the price. Every crust in the same size costs the same, from $10.49–$12.99 for a Small cheese pizza to $14.49–$16.99 for a Large.
What changes is the size you can order. Pan and Parmesan Stuffed Crust are Medium only, Gluten Free is Small only, and New York Style is the only X-Large crust. These Domino’s Crust Types and prices come from Domino’s’s ordering site at three stores in New York, Dallas and Los Angeles.
Domino’s Crust Types at a Glance
Here is every regular crust, the sizes it comes in at our three stores, and what makes it different:
- Hand Tossed: Small (10″), Medium (12″), Large (14″). Domino’s’s classic crust, brushed with a garlic oil blend. The garlic oil is used on Hand Tossed only.
- Handmade Pan: Medium (12″) only. A thick pan crust and one of the highest-calorie crusts.
- New York Style: Medium (12″), Large (14″), X-Large (16″). The only crust offered in X-Large (not at our New York store). This is the crust Domino’s used to call Brooklyn Style.
- Crunchy Thin: Small (10″), Medium (12″), Large (14″). The lowest-calorie crust on a Large. The Small Thin was sold only at our Los Angeles store.
- Parmesan Stuffed Crust: Medium (12″) only. Cheese is baked into the edge of the crust.
- Gluten Free: Small (10″) only. See the warning below before you order it.

Domino’s Crust Types and Prices by Size

This table lists each crust in each size, with the cheese pizza price, the specialty pizza price and the crust-only calories from Domino’s’s Nutrition Guide. Toppings cost extra: $2.00–$3.00 each, depending on the store and size.

New York Style Crust (Formerly Brooklyn Style)
Of all Domino’s crust types, New York Style is the most searched. It replaced the name Brooklyn Style: Domino’s’s current crust list names New York Style, and the ordering system still uses Brooklyn’s old “BK” code for it. We did not find a Brooklyn Style crust on any of the three menus.
- Sizes: Medium, Large and X-Large. It’s the only X-Large crust.
- Price: the same as Hand Tossed in Medium and Large. An X-Large cheese pizza is $16.49 in Dallas and $18.99 in Los Angeles.
- Calories: 110 per ⅙ of a Medium (crust only), according to the Nutrition Guide. The guide uses larger ⅙ servings for New York Style than the ⅛ servings it uses for Hand Tossed.
Handmade Pan Crust
Handmade Pan is a thick crust baked in a pan. It’s one of two Domino’s crust types sold only as a Medium. It costs the same as any other Medium crust: $12.49 in Dallas and $14.99 in New York and Los Angeles for a cheese pizza. The crust alone has 190 calories per ⅛ of the pizza, compared with 110 for a Medium Hand Tossed slice. New York also had a coupon for a Medium 2-topping Handmade Pan pizza for $10.99. See our Domino’s Deals & Coupons guide for more.
Parmesan Stuffed Crust
Domino’s’s stuffed crust is the Parmesan Stuffed Crust, and it comes only in Medium. A Medium cheese pizza on this crust is $12.49–$14.99, and a specialty pizza is $17.99–$22.99, the same as any other Medium crust. It’s the highest-calorie of the regular Domino’s crust types, at 230 calories per ⅛ of the pizza before cheese, sauce and toppings.
Stuffed crust deals were common: two or more Medium 2-topping Parmesan Stuffed Crust pizzas were $10.99 each in New York and Dallas and $11.99 in Los Angeles.
Crunchy Thin Crust
Crunchy Thin is the thinnest of the Domino’s crust types. It comes in Medium and Large, plus Small at our Los Angeles store. A Large Thin crust has just 100 calories per ⅛ of the pizza, compared with 160 for Large Hand Tossed. The Nutrition Guide uses ¼-pizza servings for Small and Medium Thin pizzas, so those calories look higher per serving.
Gluten Free Crust
Gluten Free is the only one of the Domino’s crust types sold just as a Small. It costs the same as a Small Hand Tossed: $10.49–$12.99 for a cheese pizza or $15.99–$19.99 for a specialty pizza. It has 170 calories per ⅓ of the pizza (crust only).
Important: Domino’s says its Gluten Free Crust is made in a common kitchen where there is a risk of gluten exposure, so it does not recommend it for people with celiac disease. Check the allergen information on Domino’s’s official Nutrition page before you order.
Detroit-Style Crust: The Domino™
The Domino™ adds a Detroit-style crust to the Domino’s crust types. It launched nationwide on August 31, 2026, as a Detroit-style pizza for one. Domino’s says it’s made with buttery pan dough with real Parmesan baked into the crust, and baked in a rectangular pan. It comes with one topping and costs $7.99–$8.99:
Domino’s Crust Types: Detroit-Style Domino™
| Domino™ (Detroit-Style Crust)Personal pizza, 1 topping included · Crust only: 400 Cal per ½ pizza · NY $7.99 · Dallas $8.99 · LA $8.99 | $7.99–$8.99 |
The Detroit-style crust is the most filling crust per serving, at 400 calories per half pizza before cheese, sauce and toppings.

Our Methodology
These Domino’s Crust Types were checked on 16 Oct 2026 on Domino’s official online ordering menu at dominos.com, for carryout, at three stores: New York (170 W 23rd St, New York, NY 10011, store #3681), Dallas (940 N Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207, store #6986) and Los Angeles (740 S.
