Blizzards are currently offered in Mini, Small, Medium and Large. DQ does not set one public nationwide price because restaurants are independently operated. The prices below are live pickup observations from the same three stores used throughout our Dairy Queen content: Columbus, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; and Fridley, Minnesota.

Limited-Time Blizzard Flavors
Limited-time products can disappear before the broader menu changes, and not every store receives every flavor. Caramel Apple Cheesecake was the only limited-time flavor found at all three checked stores; Chicago carried all nine during the research window.

The lowest current Mini count is 330 calories for Biscoff Cookie, Strawberry Mango-flavored Mochi and OREO Cookie. The lowest Small is Strawberry Angel Food Cake at 540 calories. The highest Large count in this current list is 1,370 calories, shared by Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Turtle Pecan Cluster.

Buy one, get the second for $0.99
Through August 30, 2026, DQ Rewards members can buy one Blizzard and get a second equal-or-lesser-value Blizzard for $0.99 at participating U.S. restaurants. The offer can be used once per day and excludes Royal Blizzards.
DQ Rewards currently awards 10 points per eligible $1 spent. A free Small Blizzard costs 500 points under the current redemption menu. Only one reward or deal can be applied per order, and purchases made through third-party delivery services do not earn DQ points.

Availability varied materially even across the three selected Grill & Chill restaurants. Chicago listed all 22 current flavors, Fridley listed 19 and Columbus listed 15.
