Quick answer

The official LongHorn Steakhouse online menu marks 23 items as gluten sensitive, meaning they are made without gluten-containing ingredients. For the full gluten-wise list, the official FAQ points to LongHorn’s downloadable guide. These include 7 steaks, grilled shrimp, Lemon Garlic Chicken, ribs, pork chops, 5 sides and 2 soups.

The cheapest gluten-sensitive dinner is the 6 oz Renegade Sirloin at $16.49–$17.49. Food is made fresh to order, so cross-contact can happen. Always tell your server about a gluten allergy.

What “Gluten Sensitive” Means

There is no printed LongHorn Steakhouse gluten free menu on the ordering site. Instead, the official menu uses a gluten-sensitive symbol. Its definition is “Items made without gluten-containing ingredients.” It is not a certified gluten-free label.

On its nutrition page, LongHorn says menu items are made fresh to order, so food may come into contact with allergens during preparation and cooking. If you have a food allergy, tell your server. You can also call LongHorn Guest Relations at 1-800-793-4126 before you visit. The full ingredient and allergen details are in the official Nutrition & Allergen Guide.

Gluten-Sensitive Steaks & Combos

Seven of the eight steaks carry the gluten-sensitive mark. The one exception is the new 14 oz 7-Pepper Crusted New York Strip. The plain 12 oz New York Strip is marked gluten sensitive.

Our Methodology

These LongHorn Steakhouse gluten free menu prices were checked on 19 Oct 2026 on LongHorn Steakhouse’s official online ordering menu at longhornsteakhouse.com/menu, at three restaurants: Atlanta (Toco Hills, 2892 North Druid Hills Rd, Atlanta, GA 30329, restaurant #5562), Orlando (Fashion Square Mall, 3101 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32803, restaurant #5584) and Columbus (Graceland Shopping Center, 5091 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214, restaurant #5676). We recorded every item on the online menu at all three restaurants. The price column shows the lowest-to-highest price across the three, and the note under each item shows the exact price in each city. The online menu lists each restaurant’s price for the first size only. Larger sizes show one price on the official item page for every location, and that price matched Atlanta, so larger sizes are labeled as Atlanta prices. Calories come from the official item pages on longhornsteakhouse.com. Gluten-sensitive items are the ones marked with the official gluten-sensitive symbol on the Atlanta restaurant’s online menu; allergen guidance comes from the official nutrition page.

We never estimate, average or invent a price. Where a price or calorie count is not listed online, we say so. Each restaurant sets its own prices, so check your local LongHorn on the official site before you go.
