Protein Bowls swap the bread for a Footlong-sized portion of meat over fresh vegetables — 22 builds mirroring the Sandwiches lineup, running $6.99–$14.49 across the stores checked. The same three items were out of stock at Columbus (5 Meat Italian, Roast Beef, Subway Club®), and Pizza Sub wasn’t offered at Orlando.

Veggie Delite® is not offered as a Protein Bowl at any of the three stores we checked, even though it’s on the Salads menu — a real menu-structure gap, not an oversight in our data. It’s the one build where these Subway Salads menu prices and the Protein Bowls table don’t line up one-to-one.

Salad vs. Protein Bowl vs. Wrap

All three formats use the same fillings as the Sandwiches menu, so the choice comes down to what replaces the bread and what you’re willing to pay for it:

• Salad — fresh vegetables only, no bread and no extra meat. The cheapest format at $5.99–$11.09.
• Protein Bowl — fresh vegetables plus a Footlong-sized portion of meat, no bread. The most expensive format at $6.99–$14.49, since you’re getting roughly twice the meat of a 6″ sandwich.
